Shalene Zaucha

Shalene Zaucha joined Sheridan Lawyers in June 2023, as the Director of Operations and Talent. Shalene completed her mediation certification in 2021 and is able to assist divorcing parties mediate or arbitrate their personal property or custody disputes, without the stress or cost of going to court. 

Shalene received an undergraduate degree in Business from West Chester University. During her time at West Chester University Shalene accepted an internship at Comcast, working in various different roles.  Shalene spent over 15 years working for Comcast and dealing with various human resource and billing disputes. In 2019, Shalene moved into the legal field, which has always interested her, and hoped she could use her skills and education to help others.

Shalene is an active member of the West Chester Community where she resides with her husband, three kids, and 2 dogs. When not spending time with her family and friends, Shalene loves to volunteer her time working with non-profits that help individuals with special needs, integrate into the community.  

Both of Shalene’s dogs were adopted at the Brandywine Valley SPCA, and if you stop into the West Chester office, you will most likely meet at least one of them on any given day.
