Alyssa Canon Yori, Esq.

Alyssa is a Junior Partner at Sheridan Lawyers who focuses her practice solely on family law matters including custody, child support, APL/Spousal support and adoptions.

As a graduate of Widener University Delaware School of Law, Alyssa achieved multiple commendations for her academic achievements, including scholarships as a Merit Scholar.

Alyssa received an undergraduate education from West Chester University in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Prior to her attendance at WCU, Alyssa attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania studying Criminal Justice and Family Studies.

Originally interested in the enforcement of law, Alyssa completed an internship with the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division before turning her focus to studying law.

Alyssa is an active member of the West Chester Community where she resides with her husband and daughter. Alyssa and her husband own and run a local business, Yori’s Bakery. Alyssa is on the board of directors at Child Guidance Resource Center. Alyssa has been named Top Lawyer and Super Lawyers, several years in a row. Alyssa is also an active member of the Chester County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. 

Alyssa has practiced family law exclusively since being admitted into the bar association in 2021. 

Alyssa looks forward to advocating for her clients and compassionately help them through even the most stressful family law issues.
